HPCDA, Inc.'s mission is to empower and create independence in the lives of low-income individuals and families on the north side of Des Moines, Iowa.

This is primarily accomplished through activities of economic enrichment, educational support, Kindergarten ready childcare services, and affordable housing options.

The impact and end result of all of this work is the restoration of dignity and worth in the lives of the poor.
